Think about it for a minute…

What’s the number #1 reason why people go to Facebook in the first place?

- to socialise, right?

They go there to do things like…

Poke their friends who ignore them and buy golden virtual poop for their virtual pet chiwawa to impress the friends they do have.

They go their to post the latest picture of their new goldfish “spot” or tell everyone what they’ve just eaten for lunch.

Notice how they don’t go there to buy!

Sure, they’ll click on your links to your sales letters and squeeze pages.

(they’ll click on anything once)…

But they’re much less likely to actually buy anything from you.

All because of their frame of mind.

On the other hand…

Free Listbuilding Plugin

It all started about 5 years ago when I was looking for a way to build a subscriber list from my existing blog traffic.

At that time there were no decent WordPress plugins that could do what I wanted…

You see, I didn’t just want to build a subscriber list I “also” wanted to make people sales offers directly from within popup windows.

There was only one way I could see for doing this…

Hire a programmer to create the plugin for me.

So I created a software blueprint and drew up a list of all the features I needed which included things like…

1. Popup window rotation…

I wanted to find out which popup windows got the most subscribers and I also wanted to make people multiple offers and show them videos.

2. Choose the exact page and posts your popup windows appear on…

I didn’t want to show popup windows on my sales letters so I needed this kind of control.

3. Block popups from people who were subscribers or customers already…

There’s nothing more annoying than asking someone to susbcribe when they’ve already subscribed. So why show them the same popup windows again? This feature takes care of that nicely.

4. Include a time delay…

Sometimes you want people to be on your site for a few minutes before you show them your popup window. Give them a chance to settle in then “bam” grab their attention with a popup window.

5. Show “any” web page within the popup window for maximum flexibility…

All the other popup window plugins I found limited you to using their own HTML editor. This is no good because then you can’t easily show affiliate content in your popup windows.

6. Works with any autoresponder service…

There’s no messing around with autoresponder code that may or may not work. Because you’re showing any web page you’re not tied into anyone’s system.
